Onboarding Got Me Running Without Extra Help
The training and onboarding with the WFHI software did the job well enough that I doubt I’ll need much hand-holding next time I work through it. The step-by-step guides actually helped me understand the remote workflow tools fairly quickly, including the dialer and database features. I liked that they didn’t just throw information at me but paced it properly, letting me get through each stage before moving on. Also, the telephonic support was easy to reach for a couple of clarifications during the early use, which is a good backup at critical moments. When I tell a friend, I just say it’s straightforward once you invest time in the training and the calls if needed, and after that, you should be fine to handle future updates or setups yourself. It saved me from getting stuck for long, and the system’s automatic updates mean I won’t have to worry about missing anything important going forward either, so overall I’m set for next time without extra help.
