Onboarding generally made sense but I wished it covered integrations more
I found the onboarding steps to be arranged in a logical sequence, starting from sign-up, through basic software setup and training, and then gradually moving to configuring the database and calling systems. This progression really helped me get comfortable with each facet before moving on to the next, minimizing overwhelm. The training also reinforced this flow well, providing targeted lessons matching each step. However, what I felt was missing was a clearer introduction or separate module dedicated to how the software integrates with external tools and services, which I think for many users would be essential to understand early on. Since these integrations affect workflow substantially, a deeper walkthrough or more resources on that specific aspect would have made onboarding even better. Aside from that, the automatic updates were smooth and didn’t disrupt my work, and support was available when I had to call. Overall, I’d say the structure of onboarding is quite sensible, but could become more comprehensive with better coverage on integrations and advanced features.
