Onboarding finished okay but had some dull repeats
The onboarding process was overall completed without major issues, but I noticed several moments when tasks felt repetitive. The training sessions were fairly long, and at points I felt like sitting through the same kinds of introductions again. The wait times between modules sometimes dragged, which slowed down learning momentum. While the provided materials covered all the basics I needed, I wished the pacing was tighter and the content was arranged in a less redundant way. On the plus side, the practical exercises with the calling tools and database felt relevant and helpful once I got to them. The automatic updates during my first week didn’t disrupt flow, which I appreciated. I eventually finished the onboarding and felt ready to start applying what I learned, though it did take a bit longer than ideal due to those repetitions and some idle waiting periods. The overall outcome was satisfactory for me, but others might prefer if there were fewer pauses and overlaps in the sessions.
