Onboarding felt surprisingly smoother this time
I’ve used various remote workflow tools before, and honestly, the training and onboarding with WFHI felt quite a bit better. They provided step-by-step guides that didn’t overwhelm but still offered enough detail to get through the setup without banging my head against the wall. The training videos were clear, and the dialer worked well right from the get-go, which was a big relief. Usually, I have to spend days figuring out how databases tie into calling tools or how automatic updates function, but this time around, the process flowed naturally. I particularly liked that the onboarding wasn’t a one-shot thing; it looped back to earlier sections gently, helping reinforce what I missed at first. Taking it all together, the experience wasn’t perfect but felt more coherent and less frustrating than what I’d dealt with previously. It’s hard to say exactly why, but I guess the entire setup just seemed more human and less rigid.
