Onboarding felt mixed but mostly straightforward
The training and onboarding process had its ups and downs. Initially, the steps seemed to follow a logical sequence, starting with basic software tutorials and gradually moving towards the dialer and database features. This structure helped me get comfortable at first. However, some parts like the call tool instructions came too late in the program, and I had already tried to use them before getting proper guidance, which led to some confusion. Also, the automatic updates occasionally changed interface details before I completed certain training sections, making it harder to follow along. Still, the inclusion of telephonic support during onboarding was a useful fallback when I got stuck. Overall, the whole process felt a bit disjointed at times but manageable. I would say it’s a decent setup but could be improved with a more synchronized flow and timing between training modules and software updates.
