Starting with the training and onboarding for the WFHI software, I found that while some parts were very straightforward, others required me to figure things out on my own. The initial setup was clear enough, but when it came to configuring the calling tools and using the dialer, I had to spend extra time learning by trial and error. The database feature was helpful, but its integration into my workflow took a bit of messing around to get comfortable. I appreciated the auto-updates that kept things current without interruption. However, the onboarding support was not always immediately available, so there were moments I felt a bit stuck. Overall, I would say the process gives you a decent structure, but expect to put in some effort to fully understand and adapt to the system. This is why I'm giving it a three-star rating — there’s potential here, but it’s not completely seamless from the start.
