Onboarding felt intuitive, though some labels were confusing
When I started with the training, I expected the onboarding flow to have very straightforward labels and headings based on my previous experiences with similar remote workflow software. However, I noticed some of the terminology used in WFHI's tutorials and the software interface felt different from what I'm used to. For example, the term 'database synchronization' was labeled as just 'data refresh,' which required a moment to connect with the actual functionality. On the plus side, the onboarding process itself was well structured and mostly intuitive. The instructions were clear and the progression made sense logically, making the experience feel smoother than I expected given the initial confusion with some terms. Telephonic support helped clarify a couple of things midway, which was handy. The calling tool and dialer performed reliably during the first week after onboarding, so overall I felt comfortable continuing. The training was effective even if I had to adjust to the wording. Despite this small issue, the whole setup felt like a solid introduction rather than something overwhelming.
