Onboarding felt frustrating when things went wrong

When the onboarding process ran into problems, the way it handled those issues left much to be desired. The system lacked clear guidance on how to proceed after errors in training modules or access glitches in the dialer component. The helpdesk was sometimes slow to respond or could not immediately resolve my concerns, leaving me stuck. There were moments when features were unavailable without explanation, adding to the confusion. I grant that the database feature was reliable once I managed to set it up. Yet, the overall experience felt disorganized, with few safeguards or contingency plans for errors during the training and onboarding phases. This made the process feel more stressful than it should have been.
