Onboarding felt clear but sometimes blunt
The training and onboarding process overall felt straightforward but occasionally blunt in its wording. Labels made sense for the most part, though there were moments when I wished the instructions were a bit more detailed or user-friendly. It didn’t feel confusing, but the phrasing sometimes lacked warmth or encouragement, which could affect engagement. Sign-up and database setup were pretty smooth, but the directness sometimes made the experience feel more like a checklist than true training. Still, the whole process felt efficient and got me where I needed within a reasonable time, so I’d say it was clear but not especially inviting.
