Onboarding felt all over the place, honestly

When I first started with the training modules on WorkFromHomeIndia, I was hoping for a clear, step-by-step path that would guide me smoothly through the setup. But instead, the sequence felt disjointed and confusing. For instance, some crucial features were introduced only after I had already tried to use them, which meant I had to backtrack several times. The onboarding flow didn't prioritize the essentials logically, leaving me puzzled about what to focus on first. I did appreciate that each individual tutorial was detailed, but the overall order dampened my confidence in the process. I wish they had structured the training more intuitively to match a typical user's progression, starting with fundamental tools before advancing to complex features like the dialer integration. Although I recognize the effort behind the training content, the frustration of repeating steps or jumping between modules really stalled my momentum. While I was able to get some basics under my belt, the whimsical ordering made the experience more taxing than necessary. The reservation I have is that perhaps the training assumes a familiarity that newcomers like me simply don’t have, which made the early stages especially difficult. If there was a more straightforward onboarding sequence available, I might have gotten more out of the training without so much repeated troubleshooting.
