Onboarding felt a bit slow but overall okay
The onboarding and training process left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, the materials covered most of what I needed to get started with the software and its features, which was reassuring. The sessions were clear and the telephonic support during onboarding was helpful when I had questions. On the other hand, there was a degree of repetition that made some parts feel drawn out—going over similar content more than once. I also noticed some waiting time when switching from training modules to hands-on use, which affected my momentum. The calling tools and the database feature obviously were important parts of the workflow, and seeing those in action was beneficial. Still, I felt that the pacing could be a bit quicker to match the enthusiasm of new users who want to dive in immediately. That small reservation aside, the overall experience was okay; not seamless, but manageable. The automatic updates kept the software fresh, but I hadn’t had a chance to fully explore how that might simplify work next time. It was an onboarding that got the job done but left me wanting a bit more efficiency.
