Onboarding fell apart but training call was fine

I had serious issues with the onboarding flow. The initial setup kept throwing errors that I couldn't ignore or bypass, which made starting quite frustrating. They promised a smooth experience but it was far from that. The training sessions felt rushed and didn't really cover all the aspects they should have. I struggled with the dialer during the first week because the software didn't clearly explain the steps. What I must give credit for is the actual call quality during the training. When using the dialer, the voice clarity was decent, which helped me follow the instructions better despite everything else going wrong. But overall, the confusing onboarding and insufficient explanations overshadowed the whole experience. I was expecting clearer instructions and fewer technical hurdles so newcomers don’t waste time figuring out basics. Automatic updates happened silently, which led to random reboots, disrupting my work. Support via phone was patchy and often didn’t answer my real issues, which added to the frustration. They need to fix these onboarding kinks before it can be called a practical solution for remote workflows.
