Onboarding failed badly when errors popped up
You really need to improve how you handle things when your system fails during training and onboarding. From the very beginning, I encountered multiple issues that were not addressed properly. The training sessions were unclear, and when I faced difficulties with the software, the onboarding help was almost nonexistent. There was no clear pathway for resolving problems, which left me frustrated and confused. The sign-up process was complicated and invoicing had errors that threw off my usage timings. Dialer features were particularly troublesome, often glitching and not functioning as expected. I tried reaching telephonic support several times but received delayed responses that barely helped. The automatic updates were not clearly communicated, causing further disruption to my workflow. I expected better guidance from the training material, but it was vague and did not prepare me for these tech issues. Overall, the experience was quite poor because when things went wrong, your support system wasn’t ready to help in a timely or effective manner. You really should focus on improving onboarding flow and immediate issue resolution if you want users to stay satisfied and reduce frustration during initial setup stages.
