Mujhe training aur onboarding ka process dhyaan se dekhne ke baad lagta hai ki agar next time bhi koi help chahiye hogi toh zaroor le sakta hoon, par mostly sab cheezein clear thi. Training sessions ne basic se leke advanced tools tak cover kiya tha acche se. Kuch minor cheezein mujhe samajh mein thodi der lagi, especially dialer ki settings mein, par overall workflow ko samajhne mein koi dikkat nahi hui. Jo onboarding flow tha, wo streamlined tha aur samay bhi waste nahi hua. Payment aur invoice system bhi theek tha, aur mujhe lagta hai next baar bhi bina kisi badi pareshani ke kar paunga.
