Onboarding experience samajhne mein bilkul simple tha
Jab maine pehle kisi aur remote work training ka experience kiya tha, toh training thodi overwhelming aur confusing hoti thi. Lekin yahan pe, jo training modules aur onboarding flows mujhe mile, unka structure simple aur clear tha. Mujhe laga ki main jis cheez ki ummeed karti thi, usse zyada efficient aur structured cheeze mili. Training videos aur practical exercises aise aligned the ki har step samajhna easy tha aur unhone mere liye seamless transition ensure kiya. Woh jo pehle main samajh nahi paati thi, woh sab yahan clearly dikhaya gaya tha, aur onboarding flow itna user-friendly tha ki main easily software ke different features use kar paayi. Pehle confusion hota tha ki kaunse step ke baad kya karna hai, par ab mujhe lagta hai ki main jaldi se productive ban sakti hoon is system ke saath.
