Onboarding experience felt outdated and clunky
Compared to other training programs I’ve used before, WFHI’s onboarding process felt somewhat clumsy and outdated. The training sessions were basic and didn’t really engage or prepare me well for the software’s realtime use. The onboarding flow was straightforward but lacked depth and clarity, which led to frequent questions and calls to the support center. I will grant that the telephonic support was available, though the responses were often slow or repetitive. I had hoped for a more dynamic introduction that better matched my previous experiences with remote workflow tools. This experience left me feeling less confident about using the software efficiently right away. Overall, it felt more like a basic tutorial than a comprehensive onboarding. It definitely did not live up to the smoother experiences I was used to with other platforms.
