Onboarding experience ekdum waise hi raha jaise expect kiya tha
Training sessions thode systematic aur clear the, bilkul waisa hi jaise maine expect kiya tha purchase karne se pehle feedbacks mein padha tha. Jo modules diye gaye the, unmein se har ek ka coverage acha tha, specially jo workflow automation pe focus tha. Trainers ne sab cheezein achhe se explain ki thi without any confusion. Jo practical exercises thi wo mujhe personally useful lagi aur on the job apply karna easy bana. Lekin onboarding thoda lamba laga, kabhi kabhi lagta tha ki thoda concise ho jata toh helpful hota. Overall, process plain hindi aur english mix mein samajh mein aaya aur training expectations puri hui.
