Dialer aur database features ko samajhne mein bhi kaafi difficulty hui, aur mujhe repeatedly support ko contact karna pada for clarifications. Sign-up process theek tha, par overall software tak pahunch bana ke rakhna aur learning curve thoda steep tha. Mujhe lagta hai ki navigation aur content arrangement mein sudhaar ho toh onboarding much easier ban sakta hai. Waiting for support was irritating because quick answers nahi milti thi.
