onboarding ended with some setup hiccups but got smoother

I started the training and onboarding with quite a bit of excitement but found the initial setup more one-off than I'd hoped. While the database integration took a bit longer than expected, it was a one-time process that really helped organize my remote workflow eventually. Some of the training modules were clear and easy to follow, but a few parts felt like they required constant revisiting, which was frustrating at times. The dialing software worked well once it was set up, but the onboarding flow didn't do a great job explaining how to navigate through its settings on an ongoing basis, so I had to figure out several features by trial and error. Overall, I felt the initial phase demanded a lot of one-time effort, but once I managed it, the system became manageable with occasional small tweaks. Automatic updates seemed to happen quietly in the background, which was convenient, though sometimes I wished for a more detailed heads-up so I knew exactly what had changed. Calling tools performed decently, but there were moments when the dialer lagged, which interrupted my calls, hinting that ongoing monitoring would be necessary. Telephonic support was reachable but not always immediate, so patience was required during setup. Signing up was straightforward, and invoicing went smoothly without hiccups, making that process painless. Payment was simple enough too. In summary, the balance of one-off setup vs ongoing maintenance was uneven, with a steep learning curve initially but better flow later on.
