Onboarding effort was manageable but challenging

I was surprised by how much effort went into the onboarding and training process with WFHI's software. The initial setup and learning curve were significant and definitely required some focused time on my part. Despite the effort, I felt well supported throughout, as the training modules were detailed and the onboarding steps clear enough to follow without too much confusion. I don't think I'll need much assistance if I have to do it again, but having help available for the more intricate parts was definitely reassuring. The gradual guidance helped me understand the remote workflows and tools, even if it took some patience at first. Overall, the process was thorough and prepared me well for using the software daily.
