Onboarding did well once labels matched my expectations
The onboarding process was mostly smooth for me, except at the stage where the labels in the software didn’t match what I expected. For example, when setting up the dialer and accessing database features, certain terms felt unclear or too generic, which caused a brief hiccup. Once I got used to that wording, the step-by-step training made more sense as I moved through calling tools and automatic updates. The software’s interface is logical overall, and sign-up and invoicing were straightforward after those initial confusions. The billing explanation during training made sure I wasn’t stuck later on. Naming conventions in training modules could be a bit more intuitive, but the guided approach compensated for it well.
