Onboarding clicked after trying the calling tools
Comparing WFHI’s training and onboarding with what I had used before, I found it quite practical and effective, though not perfect. The initial modules covering sign-up and invoicing were well organized and straightforward, which is a relief compared to other software that overcomplicates these steps. What really made the onboarding click for me was when I started using the calling tools and dialer. Until that point, some parts felt generic, but once I was actually placing calls and manipulating the database, it felt like the training truly prepared me. There was a distinct moment when I understood the workflow and despite minor glitches, things fit together neatly. My only real reservation was that some of the automatic updates introduced changes I hadn’t anticipated, which meant I had to adjust my routine unexpectedly. Also, the telephonic support was generally helpful but could have been more proactive in alerting users to these updates. Still, overall the practical focus of the training helped me acclimate faster than I expected, and the onboarding process did its job in transforming me from a beginner to somebody comfortable with daily use. I’m optimistic about continuing with this system as I know I can manage it with some patience and attention.
