Onboarding Clarity Was One Bright Spot
Having used the WFHI software recently, I noticed that the setup and access instructions left a fair bit to be desired. At times, the documentation felt too brief and assumed prior knowledge that I didn’t have, which made the initial days somewhat frustrating as I tried to piece things together. On the other hand, the onboarding training was the one part that stood out positively. The sessions were well-organized, with clear explanations and helpful demonstrations that smoothed out some of the confusion. Despite that, the software’s interface itself could have been explained more clearly; navigating some features required trial and error or calling support, which wasn't always immediately available. The dialer and database features are decent once you get past the initial learning curve, but getting there took longer than it should. Payment and invoicing processes were straightforward, which I appreciated, and the updates didn’t cause issues. Overall, while the onboarding sessions were helpful, the unclear instructions on accessing and using the software kept this experience from being fully satisfactory.
