Onboarding big but ongoing fairly light
The initial setup for this software was a pretty involved process, especially the training modules that walked me through system configuration and using the dialer. One thing that stood out was how much of the onboarding felt very much like a one-time effort: once the database was imported and dialing settings optimized, ongoing use required less constant reconfiguration. The training sessions equipped me well to handle most tasks independently afterward, so the mixture of one-off setup followed by lighter daily maintenance was clear from the start. However, the reliance on self-guided tutorials for certain advanced features meant I had to spend extra time figuring things out as I went along. Overall, the experience was neither too burdensome nor too sparse but felt balanced for someone new to managing remote workflows.
