Onboarding and training took effort but order made sense

The onboarding process required a decent amount of my attention, particularly in the early stages where the software setup and database import needed careful handling. I appreciated that the training modules were arranged so that the basics came first before advancing into the calling tools and dialer. While some steps required going back and forth to the platform to apply what was learned, I found the sequence logical and ultimately helpful to get all features integrated properly. There was an effort needed to keep up with the updates through the automatic refreshes but these enhancements gradually made the software easier to use. So, the effort was justified by the structured progression.
