Onboarding and training took a lot more effort than expected
The training and onboarding process really stretched out longer than I anticipated, and frankly, I feel I'll need help again next time. The software itself has many features, which is good, but I found the initial setup quite challenging despite following the tutorials provided. The complexity meant that even after spending several sessions in training, I was unsure if I had everything configured properly. There was also a lack of easily accessible follow-up support afterward for any clarifications needed. I had hoped the onboarding flow would be more self-explanatory, but instead, it required significant time and effort to get through, which was disappointing given the expectation for a smoother start. In summary, while the instruction materials were detailed, the overall effort required left me feeling under-supported, and I definitely foresee needing assistance again soon for further training to feel fully comfortable with the system.
