Onboarding and training led to a usable outcome

The training and onboarding sequence seemed thought out so that each step logically built on the previous one. I found the introduction to the dialer and database features happened in a coherent order that helped me absorb the material effectively. While some of the steps took longer than I anticipated, they made sense in relation to the overall learning flow. The software interface was intuitive enough that automatic updates did not disrupt my usage. Telephonic support was available if I needed guidance but mostly, the training prepared me well. This well-structured onboarding led to a solid outcome where I was comfortable using the software in practice after the sessions.
