Onboarding and training felt like a slow, steady walk
Going through the onboarding and training with WFHI was a mixed experience that felt like taking one step at a time. Initially, signing up was pretty straightforward, and the payment and invoicing processes were clear right off the bat. The training started with some basic introductions which made sense, but then the order of topics jumped a bit, which threw me off. For example, I had to learn about database features before I fully got comfortable with the calling tools, so it wasn't the most natural sequence for me. That said, once I powered through the confusing parts, the automatic updates and telephonic support helped keep me on track through the week. The support team was helpful but sometimes a little slow to respond, so the overall flow could feel a bit disjointed. Still, by the end, I was able to get a decent grasp of how to use the software and tools, even if it wasn’t the fastest onboarding journey. To sum up, it was manageable, just a bit slow and winding as a whole.
