off order steps made onboarding confusing

Initially, I struggled because the steps for setting up the software didn’t follow a sensible order. It only clicked for me when I reached the database setup stage and realized I’d skipped key parts during sign-up and training. The calling tool instructions came later than they should have, which was frustrating because I wanted to test those features early. Also, invoices appeared before I fully understood the billing schedule, which created some unnecessary worry. The automatic updates left me confused about what was new because no clear notification came with them. Telephonic support was fine but couldn’t fully guide me through this mixed order. Overall, the process felt disorganized and inconsistent. Once I figured it out, usage became easier but I wish the onboarding journey itself was better structured from the start so new users don't have to piece things together like I did.
