Not what I imagined during the sales pitch
I had certain expectations going into the WFHI purchase, mainly that the software and training would be seamless and really match what was shown during the sales presentations. But the moment it clicked—or rather didn’t—was when I started using the dialing tools and found them less user-friendly than promised. The sales team had made it sound more intuitive and easy to integrate, whereas I struggled to get the database feature to sync correctly during onboarding. The invoicing and payment process was easier than I feared, which was a small win, but the real letdown was the complexity and delayed support responses, which weren’t what I expected. The updates also seemed to cause small disruptions sometimes, which I hadn’t anticipated. Overall, the reality didn’t align with the expectations created beforehand, making me question the value based on what was initially explained.
