Not what I expected when things went wrong

When I initially signed up with WFHI, I expected a fluid and reassuring process, something reflecting their training and software promises. Unfortunately, my experience when problems arose was quite different from this expectation. While the sign-up and payment processes proceeded with some professionalism, the lack of a robust system for handling errors stood out negatively. For example, when I encountered issues with the dialer not working as anticipated over an entire working week, telephonic support was slow to respond and provided generic advice rather than precise solutions tailored to my setup. The training, which I hoped would clarify workflows and troubleshooting, did not adequately prepare me for these challenges, leaving me feeling somewhat stranded. Invoicing and automatic updates seemed functional but offered no clear assistance channels if something went wrong mid-cycle. Compared to other software onboarding experiences I have had, WFHI’s management of hiccups fell short of expectations. I would explain to a friend that while the idea is promising, the practical handling of complications leaves much to be desired, especially if you rely heavily on prompt support during initial phases.
