Not what I expected compared to previous tools
This setup was quite different from what I was used to. I had worked with other remote workflow tools before where the initial information and sales process was clearer and a bit faster. Here, it felt like I was navigating through sales info that was less straightforward than usual, which surprised me. I also found their explanations during pre-purchase to be lacking some clarity, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the software itself showed potential and wasn’t difficult once I started using it. Still, coming from a different background, this experience was more confusing and slower than I expected. I can’t say I’m very happy with the sales and pre-purchase experience compared to what I had used earlier, but the software’s functional side was alright enough to keep me going.
