Not very suitable for beginners new to remote workflows

My experience with the training and onboarding process was quite different from others I have used before. Whereas previous platforms guided me with more interactive sessions and gradual learning steps, WorkFromHomeIndia's training felt somewhat generic and lacked customization for different experience levels. It seemed more focused on presenting a lot of information quickly rather than ensuring understanding, which was frustrating. I also noticed that while the software itself is comprehensive, the onboarding documents and videos didn't cater much to people who have never worked remotely before. The dialer and database features required prior knowledge to set up effectively, which slowed me down. Telephonic support was available but often took time to respond, which further hampered my progress. For anyone already familiar with remote workflows and basic software tools, this might work well, but I would hesitate to recommend it to absolute beginners. Additionally, the automatic updates sometimes changed interface elements unexpectedly, meaning I had to relearn parts of the system on my own. Sign-up and payment processes were standard and not difficult, so no issues there. In sum, I found the training and onboarding less supportive compared to other platforms I've encountered.
