Not very clear, surprised by how vague the pre-purchase info was

I was a bit surprised by how unclear some of the sales and pre-purchase explanations were. Initially, I had expected more detailed breakdowns of what exactly the software’s features included and how the training sessions would be structured. Instead, a lot of the descriptions were general and left me guessing about practical day-to-day use. The sign-up and invoicing processes were explained well enough, and that part I can say was fine. But when I asked questions during the pre-purchase chats, I often found the answers vague or circular, which made me hesitant to commit. It felt like the sales material glossed over important details on software access levels, database integration, and dialer capabilities. This lack of clarity made it harder to decide quickly because I wanted to be sure the product would actually fit the kind of remote work setup I had in mind. Also, no explicit mention was made about the onboarding pacing or the level of ongoing support until late in the process, which isn’t ideal. So while the payment and invoice parts were straightforward, the prior info surprised me by being pretty limited in scope and depth compared to what I assumed I would get.
