Not too much waiting, just the right amount of effort
Honestly, the whole training and onboarding for the software felt like a decent balance. Sometimes I found myself repeating some steps, which was a bit tiring, but it wasn’t overwhelming. The dialer and calling tools took a little getting used to, but mostly I just had to press on and keep trying. Waiting during some phases wasn’t bad; it gave me time to absorb what I was learning, so it didn’t feel pointless. At times, I circle back to some modules just to reinforce what I had learned, especially on how the database integrates with the workflow. The telephonic support was there whenever I needed to clarify my doubts without much delay. Overall, the effort involved was what I expected – not too slow, not too rushed – and it has helped me get comfortable with the software and keep things humming reliably.
