Not too difficult, just took a bit of patience
When I first started going through the onboarding and training materials, I wasn’t sure if the wording would be completely clear. Most of the labels and instructions made sense, though some required me to pause and think about what was being asked. It wasn’t a huge struggle, but I did find myself reading parts a couple of times before feeling confident moving forward. I remember the step about setting up the calling tools—it was labeled in a way that didn’t instantly click, but after trying it out, I realized the instructions were practical and to the point. The overall flow felt a little stretched in some sections, especially where it described database management, but taking my time helped me piece it together. There was no rush, thankfully, so I could revisit the training videos easily to clarify terms. The invoicing and payment descriptions were straightforward, so when it came time to sign up and enter my details, I felt more comfortable. Now that I’m a few weeks in, I appreciate how the onboarding was designed to slowly get me familiar with the software. It required some extra effort but wasn’t anything too frustrating or confusing for the most part.
