Not the right fit if you need steady ongoing help
I had hoped the support would be ongoing with regular check-ins and help throughout the setup and daily use. Instead, it felt more like a one-off assistance type of deal. The initial setup was tricky, and I needed several calls to get the dialer and database working properly, but after that, support was pretty hands-off. I found myself stuck figuring out some updates on my own without much immediate help available. For someone who prefers continuous guidance or has less experience with software, this probably wouldn’t be the right fit. The onboarding flow is decent, but when things go wrong, you might feel a bit isolated. If you’re comfortable troubleshooting by yourself sometimes, it might work, but if you want a more supportive, ongoing hand-holding, I doubt this will suit you well.
