Not the clearest instructions, I’d tell my friend to beware
When I first signed up, I thought the software would come with very clear instructions, but I ended up feeling lost more than once. The setup steps were somewhat straightforward, but the documentation left a lot of things unclear, especially around the database and dialer functions. On the positive side, the automatic updates worked fine without breaking anything, and I liked that aspect. However, I spent a lot of time trying to figure out what the dashboard options really meant. The telephonic support tried to help, but I wasn’t always able to reach someone immediately, which was frustrating. Overall, if I were describing this to a friend, I would say that the software has potential but the explanations are not very user-friendly, so be ready to spend extra time getting it running properly.
