Not the best for newcomers who struggle easily
Honestly, the training and onboarding process felt quite frustrating for me. When I encountered problems, the system didn’t really walk me through what to do next, and it made me feel stuck. The instructions sometimes were vague, and the troubleshooting support wasn’t very encouraging. I think if you are someone who learns quickly or has a tech background, this might be okay, but for me, it felt overwhelming. On the plus side, the software did eventually respond to updates well and calls went through without major glitches after a few days, which was nice. Still, the whole onboarding seemed to lack that personal touch or clear remedial steps when things went wrong. So, I wouldn’t really recommend this if you’re looking for hand-holding or a really structured learning path. It would probably suit people who already have some experience with remote workflow tools and can figure out things by themselves mostly.
