Not the best fit if you work odd hours
I found the training and onboarding to be somewhat rigid regarding time frames. When I started, one particular live session was scheduled right in the middle of my usual work hours, which made it tough to keep up. That session probably suffered because I was distracted trying to handle other tasks simultaneously. The rest of the onboarding materials were okay but often seemed geared towards a standard 9-5 schedule. For someone like me who works in shifts or irregular hours, the timing felt off. I can't say the content was all bad—there were some clear instructions and decent pacing—but the live elements especially didn't suit my availability well. You should think twice if your hours aren’t typical or if you prefer very flexible, self-paced learning without time-sensitive calls or workshops. I suspect this setup works better for people who can dedicate fixed blocks of time each day to training, rather than for those juggling variable schedules.
