Not the best fit for those needing very clear labels
Reflecting on my experience with the billing and payment system, I realize that the wording and labels used throughout could make it less suitable for users who prefer explicit clarity. Some of the terms used in the invoices and payment prompts were somewhat vague, which made it harder for me to understand exactly which charges applied to what service durations. While the invoicing itself was accurate, the presentation lacked straightforward labeling that would eliminate any guesswork. For someone comfortable navigating such interfaces, this might not be an issue, but for those who value very clear and direct language in their financial documents, this might not suit their preferences well. On the other hand, the sign-up and invoicing flow was fine enough, and I found telephonic support to be patient in answering my questions. Still, the overall setup felt like it could have benefited from more intuitive labeling and simpler navigation to make the payment steps less confusing. Maybe with some experience, one can get used to it, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants completely transparent financial instructions from the start.
