Not the best fit for those needing clear labels

Looking back, I think this software might suit someone who is comfortable with a bit of ambiguity in how the labels and wording are presented. For users who prefer ultra-clear and intuitive terms, it might not be entirely satisfying. I noticed several instances where the labeling felt inconsistent or vague, which slowed down my understanding of the workflow and database features. The onboarding was fairly straight but did not clarify some of these labeling issues, so it took me some extra time to figure things out on my own. On the plus side, the dialer and calling tools worked relatively well, and I did find the payment and invoicing straightforward enough. Automatic updates sometimes fixed bugs but occasionally changed terminology without much notice. I would say if you are patient with these nuances, this product can be workable. However, if you expect very clear language and immediate clarity from the software, you might struggle. So it depends on what your priorities are.
