not sure this one suits people who hate too much jargon
I was looking at the WFHI setup and honestly got a bit tangled mostly because the way sales and pre-purchase stuff is written didn’t always make sense to me. The labels and buttons sometimes jumped between technical and vague terms, and I kept going in circles trying to figure out where to click next or what exactly I was signing up for. I guess if you already know a lot about remote workflow software this might be fine, but from my side it felt a bit scattered. Like, they say the database is simple to use but the wording around it didn’t feel that simple, so I hesitated to commit. I circled back a few times hoping to clear up those confusions but didn’t get any more clarity. I’ll grant the signup process itself was straightforward once I did decide to go for it, and the invoices were easy enough to find later. So maybe for someone who’s chilled with a lot of tech lingo or has used other similar tools a bunch, this stuff would make sense. For me, though, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who struggles with jargon or prefers super clear, plain language right upfront.
