Not sure if I would try support again
The support I received this time was different from what I had experienced with other software earlier. Some aspects of their communication were clear and they answered basics quickly, which was good. However, the depth of knowledge occasionally seemed limited compared to other services I have used before, causing me to doubt if they'd handle complex queries smoothly. The signing up and payment steps were straightforward enough, without any issues. Given these points, I am not convinced I would reach out for support again unless absolutely necessary. The experience was serviceable but not compelling enough to rely on frequently in my opinion.
