I've used a couple of different platforms for remote work before, and wfhi’s support was alright but nothing special. When I first signed up, the onboarding training was a bit confusing and I had to call their helpline a few times. The folks on the phone were polite enough, but sometimes it felt like they were giving me scripted answers rather than listening to what I really needed. Compared to my past experiences with other systems where support was quicker and more direct, this felt a bit slower. The automatic updates sometimes changed things without much warning, which meant I had to relearn parts of the software more than once. On the plus side, the database feature was pretty decent and easy enough to figure out eventually. The dialer worked as expected but didn’t impress me much. Overall, I might try wfhi again if improvements happen in their communication, but right now it's just okay and sometimes frustrating which makes me hesitant.
