Honestly, the software and access weren't what I thought they'd be. I had a certain workflow in mind and was hoping the tools would fit that well. But right off the bat, I found the database features limited compared to what I expected, and some parts of the dialer were clunky and not very intuitive. Getting through onboarding took longer because sometimes the interface didn't respond as I thought it would. Signing up was simple enough, but the rest just didn’t match my expectations. I did find the updates automatic which was convenient, and the telephonic support was okay, not great but helpful enough when I finally reached someone. Still, I kept going because I hoped things would improve, but they didn’t quite. Overall, it's not something I'd jump at doing again since the gap between what I anticipated and the reality was a bit tiring to handle.
