Not sure I’d go through it again
Reflecting on how this software compared to what I was used to before, I feel it was quite a mixed bag. The initial access was fairly smooth and signing up didn’t consume much time, which I appreciated. However, once I started using the dashboard and calling tools regularly, it felt less intuitive than previous platforms. Automatic updates often changed functionalities without clear notice, making it confusing at times. The database integration did work fine, I’ll admit that, but the overall user experience left me wanting. If I had to choose again, I’m not sure I would opt for this setup given the complexity that came after the first few weeks of use.
