Not sure I'd go for it again
You promise a lot about easy support but I found it quite difficult to get clear answers when I needed them. Navigating your phone support was time-consuming, and often I ended up waiting longer than expected. While your training resources were somewhat helpful, finding specific solutions to problems was not straightforward through your database or online modules. The communication felt disjointed at times, leaving me frustrated when I was trying to get set up or troubleshoot issues. I do have to say that the automatic updates worked without causing interruptions, so that was one positive point in your favor. However, given the overall hassle and patchy assistance, I doubt I would choose to use your software and support services again unless you improve the clarity and responsiveness of your communication.
