Not sure I'd do this again after so much self-work
My overall experience with the sales and pre-purchase process was mixed but leaned toward frustration. Right from the start, I felt like I had to figure out much on my own because guidance was minimal. Although the sign-up process was clear, the subsequent steps like understanding the invoicing and how to use the software’s core features lacked detailed explanation. This meant I spent a lot of time navigating the platform without proper support. There was a training module, but it seemed more of a generic overview rather than tailored to my needs, which left me confused about some important functionalities. On the positive side, the billing and payment system was straightforward once I grasped it, and I appreciated the automated updates that improved the software incrementally without major disruptions. Still, the learning curve was more steep than I anticipated because of the limited onboarding assistance. I also tried the dialer feature, which worked decently most of the time. Given the effort it required on my part to set things up and understand, I doubt I would choose the same path again unless there is better support offered from the beginning. It felt like I was left to my own devices far too often, which was not ideal in a remote workflow setup.
