Not sure I’d do it again compared to earlier setups

I’ve had experience with various remote work software before trying WFHI’s training and onboarding. One particular moment stands out: during the initial database walkthrough, the trainer seemed less responsive to detailed questions than what I'm used to. This made that part more confusing. The dialer training felt fragmented compared to smoother interfaces I’ve seen. The automated update notifications were occasionally intrusive, which disrupted the workflow more than previous systems I’ve used. Invoicing and payments went as expected but lacked the clarity and quick turnaround I’ve encountered elsewhere. While telephonic support was present, it rarely seemed to anticipate common user errors like other software support teams have done in my experience. I might consider using WFHI’s services again if improvements occur, but as it stands, I feel my prior systems offered a better onboarding journey. The tools themselves are functional but didn’t stand out compared to what I’m used to.
